The whole process of cleaning our roof went pretty smoothly. The finished roof is looking wonderful and our cleaning guy worked tirelessly the whole day. He cleaned up all of the front and back yards very well. We had one bit of a leak into the roof space which unfortunately landed on a bathroom light fitting and fused it but not the end of the world. We expected a couple of ‘leaks’ with a day of high pressure washing. As I say, our roof now looks great with no lichen or marks, but this work is NOT cheap. Expect to pay a lot for such results 👍.
